Animals on the Farm
Last summer, my family visited my uncle's farm in the countryside for a whole week. It was my first time seeing so many different animals up close, and I loved every single day of the trip.
Every morning, I woke up early with the sound of the rooster crowing loudly outside my window. My uncle taught me how to feed the chickens, and I collected fresh eggs from the henhouse with my cousin. In the afternoon, we visited the cows in the big green field, and my uncle showed me how to milk one of them, which was much harder than it looked. The cow's name was Bella, and she was very gentle and calm.
My favorite animals on the farm were the baby goats, because they were small, playful, and always jumping around. I fed them with a bottle of milk, and one of them followed me everywhere I walked, like a little dog. In the evening, we sat outside and watched the horses run freely in the field while the sun went down. By the end of the week, I did not want to go home, and I asked my uncle if I could come back and visit again very soon.
