My Room

This is my room, and it is my favorite place in the whole house. It is not very big, but it has everything I need: a comfortable bed with a blue blanket, a wooden desk where I do my homework, and a big window that looks out over our garden.

On the shelf above my desk, I keep my favorite toys, including a soft brown teddy bear that my grandmother gave me when I was very small. I also have a shelf full of books, and I like to read a new story every night before I go to sleep. My clothes are kept neatly in a closet next to my bed, and I try to keep my room clean and organized, even though it is sometimes difficult.

On the wall above my bed, I have several drawings that I made myself, along with a few photographs of my family and friends. At night, when it is time to sleep, I turn off the light, look out of my window at the stars, and think about all the fun things that happened during the day. I love my room very much, because it feels safe, comfortable, and truly like my own special little world.
